Dear parents and guardians,

As part of our study about Climate and Global warming, we want to encourage people to think about what they are buying.

Do you look at the labels of the products you buy when you go to the supemarket?

Do you know what they mean?

Are the products eco-friendly?

Many of the products we buy every day can harm the environment and humans. To learn how to reduce the impact of our daily consumer choices, students will learn common terms used to sell eco-friendly products.

They will bring home a card with words related to eco-friendly products and shopping. Please help you child by looking at these words, looking at labels on foods and other household items; going shopping together and talking about your purchases and what makes you choose them.
